Warranty

Comfort Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that the merchandise purchased from us will be free from factory defect in construction and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Clicking mechanisms in European sofa beds come with 3 yr. manufacture’s factory warranty.

Manufacturer’s defects in mattresses are specifically covered under the manufacturer’s factory warranty.

You will need to provide description of the purchased item, your information, pictures of the issue and

clear description if the issue. Upon accepting a valid claim Comfort Furniture will provide the part for replacement and/or repair the problem at no cost to the consumer.

In some cases the customer might be responsible for the shipping charges and related assembly ( if necessary) of the replacement part.


Not covered under Warranty:

  • Visible surface damage unless reported within first 7 days after delivery;
  • Fabrics, including linens, and mattress ticking;
  • Damage from misuse or mistreatment;
  • Normal expansion and contraction of wood as it responds to climatic changes in the home.

Slight wood variations in appearance ( in grain and color as well as inherent characteristics such as mineral streaks, pitch pockets, stripping and insect markings.) These are not considered quality defects.

  • Defects resulting from abuse, alteration, , repair, negligence, nor does it cover the normal aging and wear which takes place during use. This includes all cushions, which will soften with use and conform to your body shape;
  • Merchandise moved from original delivery address;
  • Fire or Natural disaster damage.

While we don't sell our furnishings directly through this website, we do hope you will browse our online gallery and then call or visit our store to see our full line of furniture available. Our site represent a small number of manufacturers that we work with and a small sampling of the furniture we carry. Comfort Furniture offers local home deliveries & set-up services in Spokane; Spokane Valley; Liberty

Lake; Post Falls; Coeur D’Alene ; Medical Lake, Colbert - on all orders over $500 .

Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery after your order is placed.

Customer will be notified by phone upon products arrival to the store and we’ll schedule delivery date & convenient time for delivery.

Product may also be picked up by the customer from our store at any time.

Before signing “Furniture Received” Sheet you suggested to inspect your merchandise and mention any factory defects or shipping damages that needs to be fixed, parts replaced or exchanged.

We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. We can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item.

If, by mistake, the item you’re receiving is not what you have ordered you can reject it.

Order cancelation

Make your cancellation requests as soon as possible.

We can only accept cancellations by phone or in person.

Cancellations prior to shipment do not incur any “fees” or charges of any kind.

If we are unable to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, it is becomes subject to a

20% restocking fee.

Return policy

Upon receiving your merchandise, please inspect all of your products for obvious defects/missing parts within 7 days of receiving them.

  • ANY DAMAGE, MISSING PARTS or OTHER DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE;
  • NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS;
  • No returns on merchandise sold “AS IS”, Floor model, ”Discontinued” or “Clearance”;
  • No returns will be accepted without original invoice or packaging;
  • All returns must be in original packaging;
  • All returns must be accompanied by original sales invoice;
  • All returns and canceled items are subject to a 20% restocking fee;
  • Returns due to an items not fitting into your home or room are subject to the policy listed here.
